Therefore, we should fully utilize intelligence to achieve prediction, premonition, foresight, and prevention of flammable and explosive occurrences. After the occurrence of flammable and explosive accidents, intelligence can be used to minimize or reduce the harm to personnel, achieving preventability, protectability, and rescueability in safety prevention at flammable and explosive locations.
