Unite corporate culture with employee ethics, and leverage culture to propel company development

Corporate culture serves as the spiritual banner of an enterprise, while employee ethics constitute the brightest hue on this banner. In the process of enterprise development, we firmly believe that ethics serve as the adhesive that binds the team together, while culture serves as the driving force that empowers growth. Only by deeply embedding the concept of "everyone for me, and me for everyone" in our hearts and embodying it in our actions, can we achieve resonance between individual values and enterprise development, enabling the enterprise to achieve healthy and sustainable development.
On October 27th, relevant leaders from the Wuxi Municipal Committee of the Working Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Town Committee of the Working Committee of the Communist Youth League listened to our company's report, which focused on two aspects: "corporate culture spirit" and "corporate culture care and love". The report on "corporate culture spirit" covered regular corporate cultural activities (held once a year): company annual meetings, team building activities, Yuanxiao (Filled round balls made of glutinous rice-flour for Lantern Festival) parties, Mid-Autumn Festival parties, autumn sports games, as well as non-fixed and flexible activities. "Corporate culture care and love" revolved around five aspects: cultivating the "three views" (outlook on the world, outlook on life, and outlook on values) of company employees, professional and skill training for company employees, establishing standards for evaluating and selecting outstanding employees, providing humanistic care for company employees and their families, and fostering a sense of caring among company employees, making the factory their home. After listening to the report, the leaders of the Working Committee of the Communist Youth League gave recognition to our company's cultural construction, particularly highly praising our "gratitude culture", hoping to promote it to other enterprises for exchange and learning in the future.
