After discussions among various departments/business lines of the company, it has been decided to launch the MES system on September 8, 2025, in order to achieve a genuine digital transformation of LUNENG. Requirement research is the first step in preparing for the launch of the MES system. The core is to identify the core pain points that the system needs to address, taking into account the company's own production characteristics. By sorting out specific issues from front-end sales, mid-range production, and terminal after-sales, we clarify the core functional modules that the MES system must possess. We avoid pursuing "large and comprehensive" functional accumulation, ensuring that the system functions align with the company's actual production needs, and closely adhere to the principle of "lightweight, high cost-effective, and easy to maintain" as the mission for the launch of the MES system. On November 13, another training kick-off meeting for system operators was held, and the MMES production and sales operation team was established, along with the appointment of operation and maintenance specialists. The special team tracks and promotes the training progress in real time, identifies and resolves issues in a timely manner, and ensures the orderly progress of the MES system launch. After the software implementation party trains the relevant departments, the system will be launched for trial operation

Through the integration of the MES system with the Yina intelligent hanging line, real-time monitoring, data-driven operations, and flexible manufacturing in the production process have been achieved. The business links covered by automatic data collection include: product design, process design, marketing management, planning and scheduling, production control, quality management, equipment management, procurement management, warehouse management, financial management, and decision support, totaling 11 scenarios. The use of cloud-based information services has enabled digital management of the vast majority of business links (over 80%)

The launch of the MES system, combined with the company's Yangjie Tong ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and Yina Smart Hanging System, has successfully established a digital system from management to production. The company applied for the first batch of "Wuxi City Digital Transformation Pilot Project for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises", and after on-site evaluation by the industry and information technology, audit, and on-site evaluation expert groups, it was successfully rated as "having achieved a digital level of Level 2 after the transformation".
